Welcome...and thank you for selecting The Group for Women. This practice is devoted to the care of women, including all aspects of office and surgical gynecology, and gynecologic oncology. It is with pleasure that we welcome you to the practice and to the many services that we have available to you. This Web site has been prepared to help you understand the uniqueness of what will become your practice and to help you experience a fulfilling and enjoyable relationship with us.

We welcome new gynecologic patients as well as our established patients. Although each physician may have individual patients, we are associates, and are therefore interchangeable. Each of our physicians has had extensive training and experience in all aspects of gynecology and gynecologic oncology. Further, each physician is board certified in both obstetrics/gynecology and gynecologic oncology allowing for the delivery of comprehensive women's health care. One of us is always available for office care, hospital care, and for emergency telephone consultation. As individuals, our evaluations and treatments may have minor variations, but each of us is dedicated to finding the best solution to your needs and providing the highest quality of medical care.

Appointments: Our office hours are by appointment. We feel that this provides the most convenient and best service for you. We ask that you telephone or write as far in advance as possible to make appointments, and that you be on time. Each time you make an appointment, explain briefly to the receptionist why you are seeing the physician so that she may schedule your appointment appropriately. If you find that you cannot keep your appointment, we request that you call the office no later than twenty-four hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel it. This will make it possible for another patient to be seen during this time. If you do have an emergency, call our office and we will rearrange the scheduled appointments so that a physician can see you immediately!
We try to see you at the appointed hour. We believe strongly in the value of your time and will do our best to keep you from having to wait for a long period of time. However, in the specialty of gynecology, surgical delays and emergency patients may cause unforeseen delays. We request your indulgence. The receptionist will be happy to reschedule your appointment if such delays affect other commitments.

We are open from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. For your convenience, we do not close during the lunch hour.
